Digital Democracy, is a digital agency run by Emer Deegan. Emer has worked in the advertising business for the past 17 years, including working as the Deputy MD of one and serving as a board director of two of Ireland’s leading advertising agencies.

Throughout those years she has provided advertising and digital solutions to some of the country’s biggest brands such as Guinness, Penneys, Nissan, Currys, Dixons, PC World, Finches, Becks and Rabodirect.ie.

Over the past 7 years Emer has specialised in digital marketing and has been a Google Adwords Certified Expert since 2008.  She is now using this expertise to help small businesses grow their revenue by utilising all the opportunities that digital has to offer.
